Shift handover - A shift is ended by the completion of a shift report. This serves as the basis for shift handover; it can be printed out as a shift log.

The original data from the completed shift report are stored revision-safe in a central database. Subsequent changes are documented and historically recorded.

Sign electronically
Printing out, signing, and filing of shift reports or shift handover logs is no longer necessary thanks to the electronic signature.

Users can set up a subscription for their reports and have them sent to them by email as a PDF file. This means, for example, that the shift report can be sent automatically by email after a change of shift.
